Good points.
Cann't travel outside usa, because of too many restrictions on h1/h4 visa holders.

The title of this thread should be: "God of Cricket".
Don't believe me... Just Google (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=God+of+Cricket&aq=f&aqi=g1g-m2&aql=&oq=) with these words.:)
"Former England skipper Nasser Hussain said the knock - the first-ever 200 in the 50-over game - should settle the debate on who is the greatest of all time, Tendulkar or Don Bradman.
"I have never liked comparisons between great players, but after Wednesday's incredible game it must be said Sachin Tendulkar is the greatest of all time," Hussain wrote in Daily Mail."
I think that 'Sir Don Bradman' should be called Australia's 'Sachin Tendulkar'

Thank you for your advise and hostility. I understand your frustration.
I was in hurry when I was posting it. How ever I have deleted it and I will follow what you said.
My sincere advise to you is better you learn how to answer to a question and
focus on things along with correcting others.
It would have been nice if you post some useful reply which would help some one.
Hey, there is no "hostility" (?) I don't know you. I do apologize. I just don't understand how someone with poor communication skills (not implying, my skills are the best), can work effectively in a country where the wheeling and dealing, is in English? That's all.

First round of interviews went well - now have to send my details to their HR to make sure EB2 porting will work.
However, does filing AC21 (same or similar) cause a conflict with EB2 filing in this case? Should they file and get I-140 approved and then only I should join them?
However, does filing AC21 (same or similar) cause a conflict with EB2 filing in this case? : Interesting question - here is my take - if you switch job you'll have to invoke AC21 portability to keep existing application alive. You may choose not to inform USCIS about the change in employment - another grey area.
Should they file and get I-140 approved and then only I should join them? : This may not be a viable option since filing for Labor takes 2 - 3 months (might be a lot quicker in your case as they are already doing the recruiting). Labor approval can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1+ years and then I-140 prep and filing even in premium processing may take at least a month. Your new employer may not be willing to wait that long.

My current H1 stamp is for company A.
Based on what you wrote, would you advise me to get the stamp of company C if I have plans to change to C eventually? I know that when I will be reentering USA, I will be on the payroll for company C.
Yes, you should get H1B stamp with Company C's annotation. Roseball's comments seems to suggest that it is not necessary to get a new visa as long as you H1B has not expired. However, that is not what I was told by my attorney when I changed employer and had to visit India. Also, during my interview in Chennai, the officer told me "I see that your application is for change of employer". I just said yes. I think it is best that you get in touch with an attorney and seek attorney's opinion. They are the experts and will have the correct information.

i contacted Senator dewine, urging him to back the PACE act
here is the reply i got
keep ur fingers crossed:)
Dear xxxxxx
Thank you for contacting me regarding illegal immigration. I agree
that
illegal immigration is a very serious problem and appreciate knowing
your
views.
Currently, there are approximately 11 million undocumented immigrants
in
the United States, with close to 1 million more arriving every year.
Yet,
our current immigration system is broken. It is a system that is not
good
for American security, particularly during our fight to combat
international terrorism. It is not good for American workers and
businesses. And, it is not good for the immigrants, themselves.
To tackle this problem, we must have a comprehensive immigration plan
that
toughens our borders, documents illegal immigrants, and provides for
American labor needs. The Senate Judiciary Committee, of which I am a
member, is set to take up immigration reform soon. In fact, several
immigration bills are currently pending before the Committee, including
a
border protection bill passed by the House of Representatives in
December
2005. As the Judiciary and the full Senate debate immigration reform,
I
will be certain to keep your views in mind.
Again, thank you for contacting me. If you have any additional
concerns,
please feel free to contact me anytime.
Very respectfully yours,
MIKE DeWINE
United States Senator

On Dec 14, 2007, I received an I-140 RFE for "ability to pay the offered wage".
According to the attorney, the RFE was responded to with necessary evidence.
On Apr 07, 2007 I received a I-140 denial notice stating that the RFE reply wasn't received on time. As a result it caused an automatic I-485 denial as well.
Now, I am not sure what my options are. Is it possible to ask USCIS to reconsider the case. Can i appeal?
Please advise.
Thanks
Perhaps you can file I-140 again?

Did you get any receipt # in the mail or from your lawyer before calling them to ask for the checks to be cashed?
Because they are refusing to enter a "service request" for my case unless I provide them with a receipt # (Which I didn't get, that's the reason I am calling. This is like a closed loop. I am calling because I didn't get anything receipt yet, they tell me I cannot do anything if I don't give them a receipt #, it's funny, isn't it?). They don't accept my tracking number from USPS express mail as a proof of receipt.

Hi,
I looking for porting my approved EB3 labor and 140 to EB2. Here are my details:
My qualification: Diploma in electronics and communication Engg in India
(3 years diploma after 10th)
Years of experience: Since 1991 in IT (About 20 YRs)
Green card process: EB3 Approved labor and 140.
Situation: When I contacted one of the university in USA they informed me that I can
do the Masters instead of BS online degree.
My question1: Will I be eligible to file my EB2 if I do Masters without doing BS?
My question 2: Is MS from International Technological University (http://www.ITU.EDU) is accepted bu USCIS for Immigration purpose?
Thanks in advance

I started shooting rodeo last year with my Nikon D70. The lighting at the rodeos I am shooting is very poor. Last year I shot with a Tameron AF Aspherical LD 28-200mm f3.8 to 5.6. I was able to get some good shots but mostly I was disappointed. I shot up to 1600 ISO in manual, with the lowest f stop possible for the zoom used, auto white balance, AF-C, single area & dynamic area AF mode, and experimented with shutter speeds from 1/60 to 1/500. I was very displeased with the results I got. On the 1/60 end I got to much blur and trying to stop the action the results were to dark. So I invested in a Nikon Speedlight SB-600. Occasionally I would get a could shot, but I almost always get red eye or the horse or cattle eyes are solid white from the flash. I even tryed to fill in the shadows with flash on manual at 1/64. I still get the white animal eyes. This year I bought a Nikor 50mm f1.8 lense. The lighting was very poor, but most of the pictures were better than last year. I am still not pleased with the quality though. I shot with and without flash. Without the flash pictures were still to dark even at 1.8 and had to be digitally enhanced. I shot some at 800 and 1600 ISO. The images are just to grainy. Any one got any advise. Here are four examples from about 2200 shots from Fri & Sat.
