what are the complications of applying to eb2 if there is only 3 year degree bachelor degree? Have a masters degree from Singapore - will that be enough to qualify?

You can extend apply for AP (Advance Parole) ;-) at anytime provided you have your 485 pending so there should be no "risks"
only risk i see is that what if you have to travel and for some reason your H1 stamping gets delayed (if you have a AP you will be safe there)
Also their processing times keep on fluctuating - what if you later down the road are
in need of AP apply for one and then dont get it approved by the time you want to travel
Personally I prefer to just keep things simple and apply for AP renewals even though
I wont use them - just so that there is no "divergence" from the norm
Just so when USCIS officer is processing your case they wont have to think or
issue query to get clarification etc etc

You need to assign your rotatetransform to your object's transformgroup. It's a bit convulted and I wish it were easier, but here is how you can accomplish this for an element called blueSquare:
private int currentAngle = 0;
private void RotateSquare(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)

currentAngle += 45;
rotateTransform.Angle = currentAngle;

At last my labor is approved and I was to planning to file my 140 under PP. How ever, I am reconsidering the thought as my wife is on H4 and she is being hired on a H1B from Oct1st. If my 140 is filed under PP and approved, her H1 is approved by June/July Can I transfer my H1 to another company to port my PD? What happens to my wife's H4? I am under the impression that she needs to file an extension as well along with me. This will have her H4 approved after H1 and she will need to re validate her H1 status by going out of the country.
Is it possible that my new employer request my H1 transfer and we chose not to request my wife's extension along with mine if she has 2+ years left from the extension we received based on my previous extension? If we have to file for her extension when I transfer (which I think) PP is of no use as Oct 1st 07 is 6+ months away.

Some where I read that there is no fee for renewal of AP. I am a Jul 07 filer and am not sure about this. Further already applied last for Advance parole and travelled till it got expired last month. I am applying for a new one again. So just wanted to know if I need to pay the fees $305.
So my questions are:
Does the July 07 filers need to send the cheque for $305
Should we also include Biometric fee of $80?
And how much time is it taking these days for AP/

I happen to hear that its more easy to convert from L1 visa to Green card .Is it something that the employer has to initiate ? Can we start the process by ourselves.

I am on an H-1 and my wife has an H-4 visa.
We filed our I-485 in July 2007 and will be current as of July 1st 2010 as per the June 2010 visa bulletin.
We do not have an AP as we didn't renew it after the first one (from July 07) expired.
We do have valid EAD�s (which we have not used until now)
We have to travel urgently to India for some personal reasons in July 2010.
What if we get our Green Card while we are gone? Can we still enter using our valid H-1/H-4 visas/status? If not, is it mandatory to have an AP to re-enter in this case?

You will have to get your AP and enter the US using it. That would be best. Consult your lawyer too..

Thanks guys. Nik, my boss took the decision out of my hands and had me order the 2 lense option. I'm hoping it's compact enough that I can hike with it. If so, he said he'd take my Canon Pro1 for the shop and I could have this. If I take it, then I'll look into your suggestion.
